At Lake Breeze the camper can make use of our on-site services and enjoy themselves to extremes.

Hiking Trails

  • West Pubnico Coastal Trail: DISTANCE - 10km (3.5 hours) return.Take Route 3 to Pubnico, turn left onto 335 to West Pubnico.
  • Goose Creek Marsh: located on Roberts Island off Route 3 past Eel Brook. The 1.5 km trail takes you through a variety of natural habitats for migratory and native seabirds and wildlife.
  • Chebogue Meadows Interpretive Trail: This trail has 12 stations where signs give information about the wildlife habitats.

Hiking & Cycling Routes

Darling Lake offers great fishing, kayaking and canoeing. The campground sits on 2600' of lake frontage. There is off-site deep sea fishing that can be arranged for the serious fisherman:

Whale Watching Tours can be arranged from numerous local companies:
If fishing is not your pleasure, a canoe ride around the coves of Darling Lake is a great activity.

There are horseshoe pits and for young children a sandbox and activity unit.
Numerous golf courses reside in the immediate area to accommodate the golfer in your group.
